I'm considering using the sunny side of my living room (in pictures in my last post) for yoga. And I was looking at classes, but most meet during my work hours, or are too far away, or (in the case of the closest one, Dahn Yoga) seem to be crazy expensive & cult-like (according to two reviewers), or heaven sent (so say 5). And that divide makes me worry, because I'm easily sucked into stuff, and lose money. Hell, I think I lost money at Curves...
So I thought I might try a DVD, and see how I like it, and if I seem to? I would consider investing more in it.
Anyone have any yoga DVD's they'd recommend? Or recommend avoiding?
Or even a good stretching DVD, because I'd like to be more limber, yet seem unable to find one devoted just to stretching. I have a very old VHS tape for stretching, but I don't have a player anymore...
